Larry Bohnert is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Business Management and a Minor in Economics. He started Sycamore Realty in 1991 and has been president since that time. He has been active in real estate acquisition, property management, sales and appraising. Larry is a Certified General Appraiser in Indiana and

He has been active in real estate acquisition, property management, sales and appraising. Larry is a Certified General Appraiser in Indiana and Illinois and a IN Licensed Real Estate Broker, he specializes in all types of commercial, industrial, easement valuations and farm real estate appraisals.
The MAI Designation
Is for a certified general appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute who has met strict testing, standards and experience requirements. Minimum requirements include: Meet the Standards and Ethics Requirements. Complete an approved 4 year degree.
Complete an approved qualifying educational program. Pass a comprehensive exam. Have five years of full-time experience as a real estate appraiser and have completed 300 hours of classroom instruction.
